Having an amazing property in Loreto Bay deserves some sharing, right? Some of our clients choose to travel for a determined season (usually summer) and leave their home in our care. But there’s more your property can do for you while you’re away and that’s what our Vacation Rental Program is for.
Our Program is simple to the homeowner: you determine the dates you want to make available for guests to stay and we’ll make them available on our web site and social media for the public to know and to book. Once the date arrives we’ll take care of the rest! You’ll probably be away from home but we’ll make sure your property is in top shape before your guests arrive, welcome them and give them a quick tour around your property. Let them know about emergency numbers, rules of the place and so on. Once they’re gone, we’ll be sure the property is just as you left it.
We offer other services to the guests, such as pre-arrival grocery shopping, airport pick-up and concierge. But you don’t have to worry about anything of this. Bahia Management and the Homeowner will determine the price per-night and you’ll know exactly how much income you’ll be getting prior to your guests arrival.
The Vacation Rental Program was designed to ensure your peace of mind knowing our team of professionals would be in charge of everything. Should any problem occur, you’ll be notified and any reparations/replacements/fixes will be applied so you won’t even notice it when you come back.
It’s not that we expect a catastrophe every time you have guests at home! It’s part of our guarantee that everything will go smoothly at home while you’re away and you’ll get some extra bucks out of the experience of someone else discovering and enjoying the beauty of Loreto Bay,
